A new favorite character meal!
Would you like to meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy without waits or crowds? Here’s your chance, and the food is delicious and the views are spectacular! We ate breakfast here on our departure day before heading to the “Tragical Express.” It would also be a great experience before an Epcot park day, as Epcot’s current opening time is 11:00 am and the Riviera Resort is located on the Skyliner route to Epcot!
Topolino’s Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera is located on the top floor of Disney’s Riviera Resort. Breakfast is a character meal and dinner is fine/signature dining. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, so be sure to arrive early so you can explore! We played a game of chess while waiting for our reservation time.
During our visit, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy performed in a parade around the restaurant, as well as walked around individually to interact (socially distanced) with each table. They are dressed in adorable art-inspired outfits. The characters were so fun and I loved their unique outfits! Watch the parade video here.
In addition to the fun atmosphere, the food was incredible! The meal began with a basket of fresh pastries and bread with butter, strawberry jam, and chocolate. The chocolate chip muffins were very good. I tried the bread with the butter and strawberry jam and it was amazing!
For our entrees, I chose the sour cream waffles and my daughter chose the two eggs. They each came with a choice of bacon, ham, or sausage. The waffles had a wonderful flavor and the orange-maple syrup was fantastic. My ham was also very tasty. My daughter enjoyed the eggs, which came with roasted potatoes that were scrumptious.
We enjoyed our breakfast very much and I highly recommend this restaurant if it is in your budget!
